Mardic A. Marashian

Mardic Marashian represents businesses and individuals in the litigation of disputes before all state and federal courts in Massachusetts, arbitration panels and government agencies. His practice includes a variety of matters involving business and commercial controversies, including those involving enforcement of contracts, commercial leases, construction disputes, condominium disputes, partnership disputes, violation of non-compete and non-competition agreements, real estate related matters, and ownership and control of closely held businesses.

Mr. Marashian graduated from Boston University (B.A. magna cum laude, Economics) and from Boston University Law School in 1986. He has been in private practice for more than thirty-five years.

Admitted to bar, 1986, Massachusetts; 1987, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts; 2007, U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit.
